1. Can I change my billing or shipping information after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, modifications to billing or shipping addresses are generally not possible. If the package has not been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. If it has already been shipped, changes cannot be made while the package is in transit.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. This allows you to pay for your order in cash upon delivery.

3. How do I know if my order has been received?

4. Do you provide an invoice?

Yes, upon receiving your order and processing the payment, an invoice will be sent to you via email.

6. Can I send my purchase to a different address as a gift?

Yes, during the checkout process, you can specify a different shipping address if you're purchasing a gift.

7. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also visit our Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment's status.

8. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

After your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent to you. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
